Shipping and Delivery Terms

YOUR STORE works with the following shipping method:

1. International Shipping Products

1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available at YOUR STORE are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes from 10 to 35 working days on average (after the product has been posted), depending on the location. The product is dispatched within up to 7 working days after payment confirmation in our system.

Orders placed via bank slip may take 1 to 5 days for payment confirmation in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of their order delivery.

Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may be extended by a few more working days due to delays, strikes, holidays, pandemics, peak demand periods at the Post Office, or other situations beyond our control.

The store guarantees delivery of the order. We take responsibility for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and with free online tracking. Delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Insured Shipping
“If the product is delayed and not delivered within 90 working days from posting, the amount paid will be 100% refunded.”

Attention: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So, if you receive one product first and another later, don’t worry, this is completely normal.

1.3. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped by the Post Office or another carrier. There will always be a tracking code that will allow the customer to monitor the progress of delivery. YOUR STORE undertakes to instruct the customer on how to track the products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available from YOUR STORE.

The order tracking code is provided within 3 to 9 working days after payment confirmation.

The tracking code may take 5 to 10 working days to start showing shipping information on the Post Office website, counting from the date the code was provided.

2. General Conditions (Attention)

2.1. Care with Order Addressing
YOUR STORE will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any issues with delivery, please pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.

2.2. Absent Recipient
Make sure someone will be at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch. In this case, the recipient must collect the package within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not collect it, by Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office branch where the recipient must collect the package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
YOUR STORE is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, by Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not made due to discrepancies in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund.

2.4. Taxed and Duty-Charged Products
If there are any charges of duties or taxes, they will be the responsibility of YOUR STORE. Rest assured, you will only pay the amount stated for the product on our website.

By making a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to the conditions and rules set forth here by YOUR STORE.
