The processing, preparation, and shipping time for the order is up to 2 business days.

Once we confirm the payment of the order, we begin preparing the shipment. The delivery time of the products is calculated according to the shipping method chosen, after the order has been dispatched.

The tracking code is sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
